Allegro.eu S.A. is seeking a senior Value Proposition Manager in Warsaw to own strategic business impact for product areas and co-create compelling value propositions with the Product Manager.

You will define monetization levers, shape messaging for consumers and partners, and align initiatives with engineering and leadership to maximize revenue. You will lead discovery workshops, drive customer research, and establish data-driven KPIs to measure success and guide go-to-market execution across

Qualifications

• 5+ years in strategic product marketing or business management, with a proven track record
• Experience defining monetization models and commercial levers to maximize revenue
• Strong collaboration with Product, Engineering, Operations and Leadership to align objectives
• Proven problem-solving in joint discovery and go-to-market execution

Responsibilities

• Own business strategy and expected impact of value propositions for a product area
• Define monetization strategy and commercial levers for value propositions
• Align with Product Manager on overall product strategy
• Co-create value proposition definitions with Product Manager
• Define value messaging and consumer/partner communication
• Communicate progress to leadership and cross-functional teams
• Identify and resolve complex challenges with Product Manager
• Drive customer research and analysis to align product decisions with value
• Develop business KPIs and map to actionable input metrics
• Collaborate on shared KPIs to measure business and product performance
• Ensure value proposition initiatives align with product strategy and technical execution
• Lead Value Proposition Management in workshops and sync meetings
