• Demonstrated ability to derive structured, data-driven hypotheses on improving value propositions and performance.

Responsibilities

• Value Proposition Design: Own the business strategy and expected business impact of value propositions by designing, monitoring, and expanding the framework to maximize deals area conversions and long-term retention.
• Competitor Intelligence & Benchmarking: Establish a data-driven competitive intelligence mechanism to identify user experience gaps and maintain market feature parity.
• Cross-Functional Feature Delivery: Act as the primary business stakeholder with Product, Tech, Legal, and Risk to translate user insights into platform features and communicate progress to leadership and teams.
• Deals Area Ownership: Identify and resolve challenges with Product Manager regarding business needs vs. technical feasibility; develop business KPIs and decompose outputs.
