You will shape V&V strategy, standards, and governance, build and guide the V&V organization, and oversee execution across multiple projects, enabling innovation while

Qualifications

• Strong foundation in verification, validation, quality, reliability engineering, or systems engineering in digital, software-intensive, or industrial domains.
• Experience with cloud-based and distributed digital solutions, including edge/OT-connected environments.

Responsibilities

• Define and lead solution-level V&V principles, standards, and practices for digital service solutions across cloud, edge, and hybrid environments.
• Drive risk-based, lifecycle-oriented verification and validation for functional and non-functional aspects (performance, reliability, scalability, resilience).
• Lead, manage, and develop the V&V organization to support multiple initiatives in parallel.
• Govern execution of V&V activities across projects, ensuring consistent standards while enabling speed and innovation.
• Collaborate with architecture, development, testing, and operations teams to embed V&V into modern digital delivery models.
• Enable testing with environments, simulations, and virtualized setups for complex cyber-physical systems.
