HITACHI ENERGY POLAND SP. Z O.O. is seeking a Senior R&D Project Manager with strong software development experience to lead multidisciplinary initiatives across BU Service R&D.

You will guide cloud-native applications, AI-enabled solutions, data platforms, and digital service ecosystems. The role requires deep knowledge of Agile, DevOps, CI/CD, and release management, plus experience with Azure DevOps, Jira, and Git workflows.

Qualifications

• University degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Proven experience managing software development projects or digital product development programs.
• Fluent in English, written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex software and digital solution development projects from concept through production release.
• Drive agile and hybrid project delivery models across globally distributed teams.
• Manage project scope, planning, budgets, resources, risks, architecture dependencies, and release roadmaps.
• Coordinate internal development teams and external software engineering partners.
• Ensure alignment between business objectives, product strategy, technical architecture, and delivery execution.
