Your Background

A strong foundationin verification, validation, quality, reliability engineering, or systems engineering within digital, software‑intensive, or industrial technology domains

Solid experience working with cloud‑based and distributed digital solutions, ideally including edge or OT‑connected environments

Proven ability to define, govern, and oversee V&V frameworks and execution at solution or portfolio level

Experience leading or managing V&V, quality, or verification teams, including oversight across multiple projects or programs

Experience collaborating across multidisciplinary teams—software, systems, product management, and operations

A structured, analytical mindset with the ability to balance risk, quality, and delivery pragmatically

Excellent communication skills, enabling you to influence without formal authority andoperateconfidently at senior levels
