Job summary

Fujitsu seeks an experienced external service provider to manage Microsoft Exchange, Skype for Business, and MS Teams environments. You will administer, configure, and monitor these platforms, support project planning, and ensure security and performance across hybrid deployments.

Responsibilities include developing automation via PowerShell, maintaining SOPs, and collaborating with ICT teams to implement changes and resolve complex incidents.

Qualifications

• Deep knowledge of Microsoft Exchange on-premises and Hybrid, Skype for Business Server, Exchange Online, and MS Teams environments.
• Proficiency in scripting using PowerShell for Teams and Exchange Online.
• Understanding of server updates, security patches, malware filtering, and change management.

Responsibilities

• Administer, install, and configure Exchange, Skype for Business, and MS Teams components.
• Provide technical assistance for planning and developing new projects.
• Monitor performance, implement improvements, and ensure availability.
