Qualifications

• Experience supporting Microsoft Exchange (Exchange Online and/or on-premises).
• Working knowledge of PowerShell and ability to modify scripts.
• Strong written and spoken English communication skills.
• Experience with Microsoft 365 apps (Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint).
• Understanding of IAM: MFA, SSO, Conditional Access.
• Customer-focused mindset with strong relationship skills.
• Ability to prioritise in a dynamic environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to learn new technologies and improve services.

Responsibilities

• Administrating and supporting Microsoft 365 services including Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, and Viva Engage.
• Managing Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD) including SSO, MFA, Conditional Access, identity synchronisation.
• Maintaining hybrid and on-premises Exchange environments.
• Implementing service requests, changes and platform improvements.
• Troubleshooting incidents and meeting SLAs.
• Investigating issues and providing effective enterprise solutions.
• Following operational best practices and identifying improvement opportunities.
• Collaborating with internal teams and customer stakeholders.
