Job summary

TheWhiteam seeks an experienced Unified Communication Engineer (Advanced level) to support Exchange, Skype for Business, and Teams across on-prem and cloud environments. Role requires handling 2nd line support and collaborating with diverse teams.

Position is 40% on-site at Frontex HQ and 60% remote, with a 48-month duration and Confidential EU/EU CONFIDENTIAL clearance required from day 45.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with Exchange Server and Skype for Business in complex, distributed environments.
• Experience administering MS Teams and Exchange Online services.
• Proficiency in writing/maintaining PowerShell scripts for automation.
• Experience with patch management for Exchange/Skype for Business.
• Ability to document architecture, procedures and user guides.

Responsibilities

• Administer Exchange Servers, Skype for Business Servers and Exchange Online.
• Manage MS Teams service including Teams Phone.
• Provide 2nd line support across production, testing and development environments.
• Troubleshoot incidents and update tickets promptly.
• Liaise with admins, vendors and developers to harmonize configurations and processes.
