Job summary

Ecorys Poland is seeking a Senior Consultant or Lead Consultant with in-depth knowledge of Ukraine, its institutions and socio-economic context, to develop and expand our project portfolio. The role can be full-time or part-time and may be based in Kyiv or Warsaw, with hybrid work options.

The role emphasizes research, policy analysis, and proposal development for international donors, with opportunities to contribute to wider regional projects and business development.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical, research and assessment skills.
• Fluency in Ukrainian and excellent English (C1/C2).
• Experience with policy research, socio-economic analysis, evaluations or donor-funded projects.

Responsibilities

• Prepare project proposals, technical offers and methodological approaches for international donors and clients active in Ukraine.
• Conduct policy, socio-economic and sectoral research related to Ukraine and its recovery.
• Analyse public policies, reforms, stakeholder landscapes and institutional developments in Ukraine.
• Design and implement qualitative and quantitative research activities (interviews, surveys, etc.).
• Develop analytical reports, policy papers and recommendations in English.
• Support business development and acquisition activities related to Ukraine and other international projects.
• Build relationships with Ukrainian stakeholders, experts, NGOs, public authorities and development partners.
• Coordinate project teams and subcontractors when appropriate.
