Job summary

Sii Ukraine LLC is seeking a Client Onboarding Analyst to join the Operations team for a leading global company specializing in investment banking and financial instruments. You will support Know Your Customer processes and ensure compliant, client-focused onboarding in collaboration with stakeholders.

Responsibilities include owning the onboarding process for all client types and products, updating KYC forms, and deepening knowledge of AML/KYC requirements while meeting tight timelines for fund

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of relevant experience (Client Onboarding, Client Implementation, KYC/AML, Client Due Diligence) within corporate financial services and/or the fund industry
• Ability to multitask and meet deadlines against a high-volume work schedule
• Attitude of a strong team player who can work efficiently and effectively under pressure, and the ability to work independently with limited supervision
• Fluent English, both written and spoken
• Openness to work full-time from the office in Warsaw (5 days a week)
• Residing in Poland required
