Job summary

Jit Team seeks an HR Service Delivery professional to join a global HR Services team supporting Boeing Ukraine during a fixed-term assignment in Poland. You will be the first point of contact for employees, handling inquiries and guiding on policies and procedures.

You will manage requests via email and ticketing, prepare HR documentation, support lifecycle activities, ensure compliance with Ukrainian labor law, and participate in regional/global HR projects, collaborating with government

Qualifications

• 3+ years of HR service delivery experience
• Strong understanding of Ukrainian labor law and local regulations
• Experience with government portals and official documentation
• Experience supporting employee lifecycle processes
• Excellent customer service orientation
• Clear verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Experience in international/multicultural organizations

Responsibilities

• Act as the first point of contact for employees regarding HR policies, procedures and inquiries
• Manage and prioritize employee requests via email, ticketing systems and in person
• Prepare HR documentation related to employment changes, travel, references and income certificates
• Support lifecycle activities from pre-hire to retire
• Ensure compliance with Ukrainian labor law and local regulations
• Perform HR transactions within Workday
• Monitor absences and sick leave records
• Contribute to HR process improvements and regional/global projects
