Job summary

Jit Team seeks an HR Service Delivery professional to join a global HR Services team supporting Boeing Ukraine during a fixed-term assignment in Poland. You will be the first point of contact for employees, handling inquiries and guiding on policies and procedures.

You will manage requests via email and ticketing, prepare HR documentation, support lifecycle activities, ensure compliance with Ukrainian labor law, and participate in regional/global HR projects, collaborating with government

Qualifications

• 3+ years of HR service delivery experience
• Strong understanding of Ukrainian labor law and local regulations
• Experience with government portals and official documentation
• Experience supporting employee lifecycle processes
• Excellent customer service orientation
• Clear verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Experience in international/multicultural organizations

Responsibilities

Job description

• Fixed-term assignment covering a leave of absence within a global HR Services team supporting employees across the full employee lifecycle for Boeing Ukraine
• Act as the first point of contact for employees regarding HR policies, procedures and general HR inquiries
• Manage and prioritize employee requests received via email, ticketing systems and in person
• Prepare HR documentation related to employment changes, business travel, personal travel, reference letters and income certificates
• Support employee lifecycle activities from pre-hire to retire
• Ensure compliance with Ukrainian labor law and local regulations
• Prepare and manage local country compliance documentation, including military paperwork
• Perform HR transactions within Workday
• Monitor employee absences and sick leave records
• Support process improvement initiatives across HR operations
• Assist with implementation of HR programs, policies and procedures
• Participate in regional and global HR projects
• Coordinate with suppliers and monitor service delivery performance
• Maintain relationships with internal stakeholders and government institutions
