Job summary

Haleon is hiring a People Solutions Specialist for Ukraine with a focus on Tier 1 HR First Contact and Tier 2 Employee Lifecycle services. You will handle queries and lifecycle transactions via Workday and ServiceNow, collaborating in a hub-based team and reporting to the Operations Team Lead.

The role requires experience in HR operations, strong communication and fluency in English and Ukrainian, and a mindset oriented to accurate, timely support for employees and managers.

Qualifications

• Experience in HR operations, employee lifecycle queries, and case handling.
• Knowledge of HR policies, data handling, and compliance.
• Experience with Workday, ServiceNow or similar HR systems is a plus.
• Strong communication, planning and collaboration skills in a busy HR service environment.
• Fluent English and Ukrainian.

Responsibilities

• Be the first point of contact for employee, manager and HR queries on policies and processes.
• Process employee lifecycle transactions: onboarding, data changes, transfers, promotions, offboarding.
• Support absence management, communications, and right-to-work/document requests when applicable.
• Manage cases in ServiceNow and transactions in Workday with accurate records and timely updates.
• Apply global processes while respecting local legal and regulatory requirements, escalating when needed.
• Coordinate with HRBPs, Payroll, Reward and Talent teams to resolve cross-functional cases.
• Use knowledge articles to improve self-service and service quality.
• Contribute to team collaboration and continuous improvement while meeting service targets.
