Job summary

Accenture is seeking a Trust & Safety Content Moderator in Kraków to review and classify user content, ensuring compliance with client policies and responsible AI guidelines. You will engage with large language model prompts, analyze responses for safety, and collaborate with teammates to improve processes.

The role requires resilience, strong English and Norwegian skills, and willingness to work on-site on rotating shifts to support global clients.

Qualifications

• Strong coping, emotional resilience, and stress‑management skills.
• Excellent comprehension, communication, and English & Norwegian skills (min. B2).
• Ability to perform duties objectively, devoid of inherent biases or personal beliefs.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to synthesize information from multiple streams.
• Strong critical thinking and decision‑making skills.
• Previous business process outsourcing, customer service, or content moderation experience is a plus.
• Willingness to work from the office 100% on rotating 7‑day shifts (7:00–15:00, 15:00–23:00, 23:00–7:00).

Responsibilities

• Review, classify and/remove content according to client guidelines using specific tools and channels.
• Stay up-to-date with client policies, guidelines, and industry trends in content moderation and responsible AI.
• Investigate, resolve, and relay complex content issues to the Trust & Safety team.
• Develop and execute prompt strategies to interrogate large language models on responsible AI topics.
• Analyze model responses for appropriateness, refusals, or DISCLAIMERS according to guidelines.
• Collaborate with team members to build understanding of responsible AI issues from model responses.
