Accenture Kraków is seeking detail-oriented professionals to join its Trust & Safety team responsible for analyzing and moderating user content in alignment with client guidelines. The role involves reviewing text, audio, and video content, and may expose you to potentially disturbing material.

You will work with cutting-edge AI governance and responsible AI practices, develop prompt strategies for large language models, and collaborate with teammates to improve safety standards.

• Availability to work from the office (Kraków) and willingness to work on a rotating schedule across 7-day work week - morning, evening or night shifts (depending on project needs).

Responsabilidades

• Review and classify content per client guidelines using dedicated tools.
• Stay updated on client policies, industry trends, and AI governance.
• Investigate and resolve complex content issues with the team.
• Develop prompts to test AI responses on responsible AI topics.
• Analyze model responses for appropriateness and warnings.
• Collaborate to build understanding of responsible AI issues.
• Contribute to best practices for content moderation and governance.
