Job summary

Accenture Poland is seeking a resilient Trust & Safety professional to analyze user profiles, audio, video, and text content. You will review content against client guidelines, use dedicated tools, and escalate issues when needed. The role involves exposure to potentially disturbing material and requires strong coping skills and precise adherence to policies.

You will work onsite in Krakow on rotating shifts and collaborate with a global team. English and Norwegian language skills (min.

Qualifications

• Strong coping and stress-management skills.
• Excellent comprehension and communication in English and Norwegian (min. B2).
• Ability to follow policy guidelines objectively.
• Strong attention to detail and data synthesis.
• Experience in outsourcing, customer service, or moderation is a plus.
• Willingness to work from the office 100% on rotating shifts.

Responsibilities

• Review, classify, remove or engage with content per client guidelines using specific tools.
• Stay updated on changing client policies and guidelines.
• Monitor industry trends and AI content moderation developments.
• Investigate, resolve and relay complex content issues to the Trust & Safety team.
• Develop prompts to interrogate large language models on sensitive topics.
• Analyze model responses for appropriateness and compliance with guidance.
• Collaborate with teammates to build best practices for governance and policy.
