Job summary

Accenture in Warsaw is seeking Content Moderators to analyze and review user content, applying client guidelines to keep communities safe and improve quality. You will assess text, images, and media, escalating issues when needed, while maintaining resilience and cultural awareness in a fast-paced global environment.

Role involves a rotating schedule (7 days), hybrid work with the Warsaw office on Przyokopowa Street, and ongoing training with global clients.

Qualifications

• Strong coping, emotional resilience, and stress-management skills.
• Excellent English and Dutch skills (at least B2 level).
• Ability to perform duties objectively, devoid of biases or personal beliefs, in client policy interests.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Comfort synthesizing and analyzing information from multiple streams.
• Strong critical thinking and decision-making skills.
• Deep familiarity and passion for the internet, internet platforms, and internet culture.
• High affinity and cultural awareness of political and social situations regarding the relevant market and region.
• Ability to work well individually and as part of a team.
• Flexibility in meeting changing business needs in a fast-paced environment.
• Commitment to quality, efficiency, and effectiveness.
• Previous BPO, customer service, or content moderation experience is a plus.
• Willingness to work on a rotating schedule across a 7-day week - morning, evening and night shifts.
• Willingness to work in a 50/50 hybrid mode (office in Warsaw at Przyokopowa Street).

Responsibilities

• Review, classify and/or remove content according to client guidelines, using specific tools and channels.
• Understand and remain updated on changing client policies and guidelines.
• Investigate, resolve, and relay complex content issues to the broader Trust & Safety team.
• Serve as an advocate for the user community.
• Participate in process improvement initiatives that improve quality and efficiency of work.
• Participate in continuous training programs and workgroup discussions for development.
• Engage in conversation around socially sensitive topics to keep communities safe.
