Job summary

Accenture Kraków is seeking a Trust & Safety Analyst to review, classify and help resolve content according to client guidelines. You will work with advanced moderation tools and participate in building responsible AI governance.

The role requires strong resilience, excellent English and communication skills, and the ability to work with cross-functional teams on evolving policy and guidelines. Office-based, rotating shifts may be required.

Responsibilities

• Review, classify and remove content per client guidelines using tools.
• Stay updated on client policies and industry trends in moderation and responsible AI.
• Investigate, resolve and relay complex content issues to the Trust & Safety team.
• Develop prompt strategies to interrogate large language models on responsible AI topics.
• Analyze model responses for appropriateness and compliance with guidelines.
• Collaborate with team members to build a comprehensive understanding of AI governance.
• Contribute to best practices for content moderation and policy development.
