Job summary

Accenture, Kraków, is seeking trustworthy and detail-oriented professionals to support Trust & Safety operations. You will review and classify online content, stay aligned with evolving client policies, and help improve AI systems through responsible governance and policy work.

You will engage with cross-functional teams, develop prompt strategies for AI evaluation, and maintain a focus on safety, quality, and compliance in a dynamic, high-stakes environment.

Qualifications

• Comfort synthesizing and analyzing information from multiple streams.

• Availability to work from the Kraków office and willingness to work on a rotating schedule across 7-day weeks, 24/7 support, with 3 shifts (morning, evening and night) depending on project needs.

Responsibilities

• Review, classify and/or remove, work with, view, or proactively engage with content according to client guidelines, using specific tools and channels.
• Understand and remain updated on changing client policies and guidelines.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, identified generative AI shortcomings and advancements in content moderation and responsible AI regulations, governance, policy, and consulting work.
• Investigate, resolve, and relay complex content issues to the broader Trust and Safety team.
• Develop and execute prompt strategies to interrogate large language models on topics related to responsible AI, including medical and legal advice and other sensitive areas.
• Analyze the model's responses for appropriateness, inappropriateness, refusals, or added DISCLAIMERS per client guidance.
• Collaborate with team members to build a comprehensive understanding of responsible AI issues from model responses.
• Contribute to the development of best practices and guidelines for content moderation and responsible AI governance and policy.
