Job summary

Accenture Poland is seeking content moderators to analyze and review user profiles, audio, video, and text-based content, following client guidelines. You will escalate and resolve issues while maintaining user safety and platform integrity in a dynamic, global client environment.

The role requires resilient individuals who can work from the Kraków office with rotating morning, evening, or night shifts to support 7-day operations. Strong English and Spanish skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Review, classify, and remove content according to client guidelines using specified tools.
• Stay updated on changing client policies and guidelines.
• Investigate and resolve complex content issues with the Trust & Safety team.
• Serve as an advocate for the user community.
• Engage in process improvement initiatives to improve quality and efficiency.
• Participate in training programs and discussions for development.
• Discuss socially sensitive topics to keep communities safe.
