Job summary

Accenture is seeking Content Moderators in Kraków to review and classify online content, ensuring adherence to client guidelines while maintaining a safe online community. You will analyze multimedia content, escalate issues as needed, and contribute to continuous training and process improvements.

The role requires strong resilience, excellent English and Spanish, and the ability to work in a rotating schedule in Kraków.

• Stay updated on client policies and guidelines.
• Investigate, resolve, and relay complex content issues to Trust and Safety team.
• Serve as an advocate for the user community.
• Participate in process improvements to boost quality and efficiency.
• Engage in conversations around sensitive topics to keep communities safe.
