Job summary

Accenture Poland is seeking a dedicated content moderator to ensure quality moderation aligned with client policies. You will review content, stay updated on guidelines, and resolve complex issues within a global Trust and Safety framework.

The role requires English and Dutch language proficiency, resilience, and a flexible, collaborative approach across shifts and hybrid work in Warsaw.

Qualifications

• Excellent English (B2) and Dutch (B2) skills.

Responsibilities

• Review, classify and/or remove content per client guidelines using specified tools.
• Stay updated on changing client policies and guidelines.
• Investigate and resolve complex content issues within the Trust and Safety team.
• Advocate for the user community.
• Participate in process improvements to boost quality and efficiency.
• Engage in continuous training and team discussions.
• Address socially sensitive topics to keep communities safe.
