FUJIFILM Europe Business Service is seeking a part-time Travel & Expenses Analyst to process employee expense reports in a timely manner, following travel policies. The role emphasizes accuracy, compliance and customer service.

You will handle claims, help document processes, support internal projects and collaborate with corporate divisions. The position offers a 50/50 hybrid work arrangement and a fixed-term contract, with remuneration disclosed prior to start.

Qualifications

• English for business communication.
• Good analytical skills.
• Accuracy and attention to detail.
• Basic understanding of the T&E process.
• Good command of Excel.
• Experience with Mobilexpense, Workday or similar T&E ERP systems (nice to have).
• Ability to understand customer needs.

Responsibilities

• Process employee travel expense claims accurately and timely.
• Provide daily customer service to employees and business partners.
• Maintain and update process documentation.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements.
• Cooperate with various corporate divisions.
• Observe and resolve discrepancies in Travel & Expense systems.
• Perform internal controls.
• Maintain daily contact with business partners.
• Support internal and external projects.
• Share knowledge with teammates.
