Qualifications

• English and French minimum B2 required for client communication.
• Excellent organization and time management.

• Willingness to adjust work schedule to meet peak demands (e.g. Fiscal Year End Close).

Responsibilities

• Respond to e-mail & telephone customer enquiries in a timely and professional manner
• Audit and analyse non-compliant expense reports to ensure adherence to company policy
• Identify process gaps and provide recommendations for efficiency improvements
• Collaborate with a local finance team to support analysis of processed claims
• Ensure compliance with quality, efficiency and business control parameters
• Support standard operating procedures, take part in Time Study measurements and Risk Assessments
