Qualifications

• Strong understanding of PTP Accounts Payable process.
• Experience in accounting department, preferably accounts payable.
• Experience with ERP systems, preferably SAP.
• English for business communication.

Responsibilities

• Process supplier invoices accurately and in a timely manner.
• Assure invoice compliance with tax, legal rules and accounting standards.
• Resolve issues regarding accounts payable processes.
• Handle payment processing and vendor reconciliations.
• Maintain KPI levels and contribute to monthly closing activities.
• Support knowledge sharing and training for new employees.
• Communicate with vendors professionally and timely.
