FEBS FUJIFILM Europe Business Service sp. z o.o. in Poland is seeking a part-time Travel & Expense Assistant to process employee expense reports in line with policies.
You will support daily operations, maintain process documentation, and collaborate with various corporate divisions while exploring process improvements.
The primary purpose of the job is to ensure that employees travel expense reports are processed on timely manner in accordance with travel policies.
This position is offered on a part-time basis (0,5 FTE) under a fixed-term contract.
