ERGO Technology & Services S.A. (ET&S) in Poland seeks an Expense Analyst to join the Warsaw-based finance team. You will review travel expense reports submitted by field staff, ensure accuracy, and drive corrections for compliance with guidelines.

You will coordinate with employees and managers, prepare regular reports, and contribute to expense management activities. Fluent English and German and a finance background are essential, with SAP and MS Office familiarity.

Qualifikationen

• Requires university degree in Finance, Accounting or related field.
• Experience in a similar role is a plus.
• Knowledge of billing and contract administration processes.

Aufgaben

• Review travel expense reports submitted by field staff for completeness, accuracy, transparency and compliance with guidelines.
• Initiate corrections and rework to ensure accuracy and compliance of submitted expense reports.
• Coordinate and communicate with employees and managers regarding incorrect, incomplete, or non-compliant expense claims.
• Prepare, maintain, and update regular reports to support expense management and monitoring activities.

How you will get the job done

• reviewing travel expense reports submitted by field staff employed by ERGO companies in Germany for completeness, accuracy, transparency, and compliance with applicable guidelines
• initiating corrections and rework activities where necessary to ensure the accuracy and compliance of submitted expense reports
• coordinating and communicating with employees and managers regarding incorrect, incomplete, or non-compliant expense claims
• preparing, maintaining, and updating regular reports to support expense management and monitoring activities

Skills and experience you will need

• fluency in English and German (B2/C1)
• university degree in Finance, Accounting or related field
• first experience in similar position
