Job summary

ERGO Technology & Services S.A. (ET&S) is seeking a finance-focused professional in Warsaw to manage international intercompany IT cost controlling and quarterly charging cycles. The role emphasizes strong analytical skills, SAP/BW knowledge, and collaboration across business units.

Qualifications

• Fluency in English (C1) is required.
• University degree in Finance and/or Economics with international focus is preferred.
• Several years of relevant professional experience in a comparable field.
• Knowledge of revenue and cost controlling and reporting requirements.
• Analytical and technical skills to present complex issues clearly.
• High level of commitment with independence and responsibility.
• SAP/ERP knowledge, especially BW and AfO reporting; MS Office.
• Willingness to travel for business.

Responsibilities

• Oversee international intercompany IT costs controlling, charging and processing.
• Manage quarterly charging of IT costs (Forecasts and Actuals).
• Lead primary and secondary cost controlling and allocation tasks.
• Prepare costs and results reporting for various stakeholders.
• Be involved in controlling & charging projects and cross-functional initiatives.
• Support other finance teams on content and process issues related to quarterly charging flows.

How you will get the job done

• international intercompany IT costs controlling, charging and processing
• quarterly charging of IT costs (Forecasts and Actuals)
• primary and secondary cost controlling and allocation
• costs and results reporting to different stakeholders
• being involved and substantially involved in controlling & charging projects and contributing to cross-functional/cross-divisional projects
• supporting other finance teams and departments on content and process issues related to the quarterly charging flows

Skills and experience you will need

• fluency in English (C1)
• university degree in Finance and/or Economics, preferably with an international focus and emphasis on external (group) controlling, accounting, auditing, consulting
• several years of relevant professional experience in a comparable field
• knowledge of revenue and cost controlling issues, as well as reporting requirements
• analytical and technical skills, and the ability to analyze and present complex controlling issues in a clear verbal and graphical manner
• high level of commitment combined with a high degree of independence and responsibility
• SAP/ERP knowledge, especially BW (Data Warehouse), AfO reporting, MS Office
