Amer Sports Kraków is seeking an Operational Excellence Specialist to support daily transportation operations across our global network. You will help keep processes on track, resolve issues, and turn recurring challenges into smarter, more efficient ways of working.

Qualifications

Around 3 years of experience in logistics or transportation operations.
Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
Structured and analytical approach with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

Support local Transportation Managers in daily execution of transportation operations.
Resolve operational issues such as delays, carrier issues and warehouse incidents.
Act as first point of support for operational challenges and coordinate with stakeholders to find solutions.
Manage and follow up on operational tickets with timely responses and resolutions.
Identify recurring or complex issues, investigate root causes and scale topics cross-region.
