Responsibilities

• Support local Transportation Managers in daily operations.
• Resolve delays, exceptions and warehouse incidents.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to find solutions.
• Manage operational tickets and follow-ups.
• Identify recurring issues and escalate cross-regional topics.
• Ensure compliance with global standards and processes.
• Work with Customer Service, DCs, and carriers across countries.
• Support data-driven improvements in transport operations.
• Ensure accurate use of transport systems.
