Job summary

Brown Brothers Harriman (BBH) in Kraków is seeking a Transfer Agency Supervisor to join the Transfer Agency Team. You will drive AML/KYC due diligence checks on shareholder accounts, including existing accounts and new openings, with a focus on accuracy and high client satisfaction.

The role requires AML experience in financial services, professionalism, and the ability to manage a demanding workload in a dynamic environment; you will interact with investors, clients and internal stakeholders

Qualifications

• BA/MS degree in finance, economics, business, law, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in Transfer Agency, AML/KYC, investor services, fund administration, or similar financial services.
• Fluency in English (minimum B2+/C1 preferred).

Responsibilities

• Assess investor documentation against AML/KYC requirements and internal standards.
• Operate within SLAs while managing priorities under time pressure.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients, investors and stakeholders.
• Review external sources for client due diligence information.
• Ensure adherence to policies and maintain data quality and audit trails.
• Collaborate with BBH offices to resolve complex cases and support service delivery.
• Assist quality checks and contribute to process improvements.
