Job summary

Brown Brothers Harriman & Co. (BBH) in Kraków is seeking a Junior Transfer Agency Representative to join our Transfer Agency Team.

You will perform day-to-day processing, reporting, and liaise with clients and distributors in a highly collaborative environment with colleagues across Europe, the Americas, and Asia. You will work under a Transfer Agency Supervisor, handling reports and client communications while learning the fund landscape.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree in a business-related field and/or equivalent work experience/internship.
• Strong interest in banking area.
• Good knowledge of MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Ability to work quickly and accurately under pressure.
• Fluency in English (C1) is mandatory.
• Proven ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
• Documentation management, accuracy, and organization.
• Strong administrative skills and ability to handle multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Processing activities on funds such as trades, dividends, cash movements, trailer fees or rebates on relevant dealing days.
• Assessing documentation provided by investors.
• Updating all interested parties on trading activity.
• Preparing reports daily/monthly/quarterly/annual within deadlines.
• Building and maintaining relationships with customers and shareholders.
• Cooperating with BBH colleagues locally and abroad.
• Ensuring accuracy and timeliness of client tasks.
• Communicating professionally to address and resolve issues.
