Job summary

Noble Drilling Norge AS is seeking a Training Specialist to manage fleet-wide training compliance in line with our training matrix and ensure employees receive proper training compensation according to policy. The role covers offshore units with a focus on governance, data quality, and process optimization.

You will monitor Training Management Service performance, support audits, and drive improvements in training processes while coordinating with multiple units.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's level education or equivalent within relevant field.
• Minimum 1.5 years of relevant job experience.
• Fluent in English (min. B2/C1).
• Ability to manage several tasks simultaneously and meet deadlines.
• Self-disciplined in organizing daily activities.
• Service-minded to assure the highest level of service.

Responsibilities

• Ensure fleet-wide training compliance and adherence to training matrix.
• Ensure training compliance for all Noble offshore units assigned.
• Monitor performance and delivery of a Training Management Service (TMS).
• Monitor training compliance via monthly reports, gap analysis and BI.
• Govern training data quality for reporting purposes.
• Support audits and data quality for audit requests.
• Develop, optimize and implement new or current training processes and policies.

Job description

Training Specialist is responsible for fleet-wise training compliance and for ensuring that the employees are trained according to the company’s training matrix, as well as ensuring that employees receive training compensation as per the company’s training compensation policy.

Your Responsibilities

• HR and/or training processes: including implementation and execution of company procedures, such as service delivery models, SOPs (standard operating procedures) etc.
• Ensuring compliance at all time for all Noble offshore units as assigned
• Monitoring performance and delivery of a Training Management Service (TMS)
• Monitoring training compliance, through monthly reports, gap analysis and BI
• Governance of training data quality, used for reporting
• Supporting Audit requests and ensuring data quality for audits
• Supporting development, optimizing and implementing new / current training processes, policies and procedures

Our requirements

• Formal education at Bachelor’s level or equivalent within relevant field
• Minimum 1,5 years of relevant job experience
• Fluent in English (min. B2/C1)
• Detail-oriented with the ability to have several tasks open at same time
• Capable to prioritize tasks to meet the deadlines
• Self-disciplined in organizing daily activities
• Service-minded to assure the highest-level of services
