Job summary

Noble Corporation in Poland is seeking a Training Specialist to ensure fleet-wide training compliance and maintain the training matrix. You will oversee training delivery and ensure compensation policies are followed.

Responsibilities include implementing procedures, monitoring the Training Management Service, and driving data quality for reporting and audits. Hybrid work in Gdańsk Centre, Poland is offered, with an international, employee‑focused environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s level or equivalent in a relevant field.
• Minimum 1.5 years of relevant experience.
• Fluent in English (min. B2/C1).
• Detail-oriented with multitasking ability.
• Able to prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
• Self-discipline in organizing daily activities
• Service-minded to ensure high-level service

• Ensure compliance across Noble offshore units.

• Support audits and audit requests.
• Develop and implement new or updated training processes and policies.

Job description

Training Specialist is responsible for fleet-wise training compliance and for ensuring that the employees are trained according to the company’s training matrix, as well as ensuring that employees receive training compensation as per the company’s training compensation policy.

Your Responsibilities

• HR and/or training processes: including implementation and execution of company procedures, such as service delivery models, SOPs (standard operating procedures) etc.
• Ensuring compliance at all time for all Noble offshore units as assigned
• Monitoring performance and delivery of a Training Management Service (TMS)
• Monitoring training compliance, through monthly reports, gap analysis and BI
• Governance of training data quality, used for reporting
• Supporting Audit requests and ensuring data quality for audits
• Supporting development, optimizing and implementing new / current training processes, policies and procedures

Our requirements

• Formal education at Bachelor’s level or equivalent within relevant field
• Minimum 1,5 years of relevant job experience
• Fluent in English (min. B2/C1)
• Detail-oriented with the ability to have several tasks open at same time
• Capable to prioritize tasks to meet the deadlines
• Self-disciplined in organizing daily activities
• Service-minded to assure the highest-level of services
