B. Braun Group seeks a Compliance Training Operations Specialist to join our global team in Poznań. You will manage LMS-based compliance training, ensure timely deployment, and generate standard reports and dashboards against defined KPIs.

You will coordinate translations, maintain documentation, and collaborate with Group Compliance, HR, and regional offices. English and German language skills are a plus, and a hands-on, detail-oriented mindset is essential.

Qualifications

• Experience with Learning Management Systems and digital training platforms.
• Experience with reporting, data maintenance and document management.
• English (B2), German (A1/A2) and/or other languages are a plus.
• Digital affinity, especially with AI tools (e.g., Microsoft Copilot).

Responsibilities

• Integrate, maintain and update Compliance Training courses in the LMS, including translations and formatting.
• Upload approved training material and configure assignments, target groups and deadlines.
• Maintain documentation and version control.
• Maintain training catalogues, course descriptions and system information.
• Manage participants lists, training assignments and auditable training records.
• Coordinate invitations, reminders and completion notifications.
• Track participation and completion rates and prepare reports and KPIs.
• Support data quality checks and correct inconsistencies.

Job description

The Compliance Training Operations Specialist supports the global administration, deployment, monitoring and reporting of Compliance Training activities.

The role ensures the reliable and timely operational implementation of training requirements defined and approved by the Group Compliance Office and the responsible Compliance functions. It works closely with Group Compliance, Regional Compliance Officers, Local Compliance Officers, HR/Learning & Development and other relevant stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Integrate, maintain and update Compliance Training courses in the Learning Management System, also including
  • coordination of translations and formatting of training materials,
  • upload of approved training material and configuration of assignments, target groups and deadlines according to defined requirements,
  • maintenance of documentation and version control;
• Maintain training catalogues, course descriptions and related system information
• Manage participants lists and training assignments as well as accurate and auditable trainings records
• Coordinate standard training invitations, reminders and completion notifications
• Track participation and completion rates, including preparation of standardized reports and dashboards based on defined KPIs
• Support data quality checks and correct identified inconsistencies

Professional Competencies

Salary range: 5.000 - 7.000 PLN gross monthly.
