Job summary

Noblecorp in Poland is seeking a Training Specialist to ensure fleet-wide training compliance and alignment with the company's training matrix. You will coordinate training delivery and verify that employees receive appropriate training compensation as per policy.

In this role you will implement HR and training processes, monitor compliance across offshore units, and support audits, data quality, and monthly BI reporting to drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
• Minimum 1.5 years of relevant job experience.
• Fluent in English (min. B2/C1).
• Detail-oriented with the ability to handle several tasks.
• Capable of prioritizing tasks to meet deadlines.
• Self-disciplined in organizing daily activities.
• Service-minded to assure high levels of service.

Responsibilities

• Implement and execute company procedures (e.g., SOPs) in HR/training.
• Ensure compliance across Noble offshore units.
• Monitor performance and delivery of Training Management Service (TMS).
• Produce monthly training compliance reports and BI analyses.
• Govern training data quality for reporting.
• Support audits and training process development.

Job description

Training Specialist is responsible for fleet-wise training compliance and for ensuring that the employees are trained according to the company's training matrix, as well as ensuring that employees receive training compensation as per the company's training compensation policy.

Your Responsibilities

• HR and/or training processes: including implementation and execution of company procedures, such as service delivery models, SOPs (standard operating procedures) etc.
• Ensuring compliance at all time for all Noble offshore units as assigned
• Monitoring performance and delivery of a Training Management Service (TMS)
• Monitoring training compliance, through monthly reports, gap analysis and BI
• Governance of training data quality, used for reporting
• Supporting Audit requests and ensuring data quality for audits
• Supporting development, optimizing and implementing new / current training processes, policies and procedures

Our requirements

• Formal education at Bachelor's level or equivalent within relevant field
• Minimum 1,5 years of relevant job experience
• Fluent in English (min. B2/C1)
• Detail-oriented with the ability to have several tasks open at same time
• Capable to prioritize tasks to meet the deadlines
• Self-disciplined in organizing daily activities
• Service-minded to assure the highest-level of services
