Noble Corporation in Poland seeks an experienced HR Administrator to manage HR systems, data reporting, and process improvements across the organization. You will act as a superuser for HR platforms, support payroll activities, and ensure data accuracy and regulatory compliance.
The role involves preparing workforce analyses, dashboards, and reports for leadership, while coordinating with Payroll, HRIS, and Employee Cycle teams. Hybrid work and growth opportunities are offered.
In this role, you will focus primarily on HR administration, HR systems, reporting, data quality, and process improvement initiatives. You will act as a key user and administrator for HR-related systems, support system enhancements, prepare workforce analyses and dashboards, and contribute to solutions that improve efficiency and employee experience across the organization. Payroll-related responsibilities will remain part of the role, mainly through support and back-up activities performed in cooperation with the Payroll and HR Specialist. Your Responsibilities Serve as the primary contact for employee queries related to HR administration, labour law, internal policies, compensation, benefits, and payslips. Act as a key user and administrator for HR systems, ensuring data accuracy, proper system functionality, and continuous improvement. Participate in HR projects, process improvements, and initiatives supporting operational excellence. Monitor data quality inputs across HR systems (Workday, Calamari, and other vendor systems) and identify opportunities for Location HR process improvement. Prepare regular and ad hoc HR and workforce reports, analyses, and dashboards for location HR population to meet Board requirements for reporting. Support the implementation and transition of HR systems, tools, and functionalities, as well as related process improvements in close collaboration with Payroll, HRIS and Employee Cycle teams. Maintain employee payroll records, data, and documents, ensuring accuracy and compliance with governmental regulations. Provide support and back-up for the monthly payroll process, including data gathering, verification, and submission to the third-party payroll provider, and working time regulations in cooperation with the Payroll and HR Specialist. Create and maintain HR system documentation, procedures, user guides, and training materials based on Polish labor law and provide related trainings to relevant managers and employees. Check and manage sick leaves and maternity-related leaves in the system, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and effective communication with employees and managers. Coordinate occupational medicine processes and issue medical examination referrals.
