Job summary

SHEIN Poland is seeking an experienced Training Lead to build and run internal trainer certification, mentor certification, and coaching programs. You will design, deliver, and assess TTT initiatives, coach trainers, and evaluate impact on business learning outcomes.

Working with HR and regional teams, you will localize content, manage certification records, and drive continuous improvement of training effectiveness across the organization in Poland.

Qualifications

• Experience in training, talent development, learning and development (L&D).
• TTT training, internal trainer development, or trainer certification preferred.
• Mentor certification, mentor development, or mentoring system experience preferred.
• Coaching experience with structured feedback for trainers or mentors.
• Course development experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Implement and manage internal trainer certification in Poland, including standards interpretation and process management.
• Design and deliver TTT-related training to improve facilitator skills and learner engagement.
• Provide coaching, observation, assessment and feedback for trainer candidates to meet standards.
• Plan, execute, and manage training projects with HR and regional teams to align with business needs.
• Localize and optimize course content; update facilitation guides and assessment tools.
• Maintain training data and certification records; analyze effectiveness and suggest improvements.

Job description

1. Trainer Certification and TTT Training

• Responsible for the implementation and execution of the internal trainer certification system in the Poland region, including interpretation of certification standards, certification process management, assessment feedback, and follow-up on results.
• Design and deliver TTT-related training programs to improve internal trainers’ facilitation skills, classroom management capabilities, presentation skills, and learner engagement abilities.
• Provide trial lecture coaching, observation, assessment, and feedback for trainer candidates to help them meet certification standards.
• Continuously optimize the trainer certification process and assessment tools to ensure certification quality and consistency.

2. Mentor Certification and Coaching Capability Building

• Responsible for the planning, implementation, and follow-up of internal mentor certification programs, supporting business departments in building a stable mentor pool.
• Design mentor capability development solutions covering coaching methods, feedback skills, goal setting, learning follow-up, and related topics.
• Provide coaching support to mentors to help them improve mentoring quality and talent development effectiveness.
• Track the practical application and impact after mentor certification, collect feedback, and drive continuous improvement.

3. Coaching and Training Support

• Apply professional coaching methodologies to provide one-on-one or group coaching for trainers, mentors, and key business employees.
• Identify capability gaps among trainers and mentors in training delivery, communication and feedback, mentoring, and coaching, and develop improvement plans accordingly.
• Support business teams in building a feedback culture and continuous learning mechanism.
• Improve trainees’ practical application capabilities through observation, interviews, reviews, and reflection sessions.

4. Training Project Execution and Management

• Independently organize and deliver training projects based on business needs, including needs communication, training arrangement, on-site implementation, effectiveness evaluation, and follow-up actions.
• Work closely with HR, business leaders, and regional training teams to ensure training programs align with business development needs.
• Manage training data and certification records, and regularly provide training effectiveness analysis and improvement recommendations.
• Support the integration of training resources within the region to improve training operational efficiency.

5. Course Optimization and Content Support

• Localize and optimize existing course content based on actual training needs.
• Support the update of training materials, facilitator guides, certification tools, assessment forms, and other training documents.
• Candidates with course development experience may participate in the design and development of new courses, though this is not a core requirement for the role.

Job Requirements

1. Experience Requirements

• Experience in training, talent development, learning and development, or related roles.
• Experience in TTT training, internal trainer development, or trainer certification is preferred.
• Experience in mentor certification, mentor development, or mentoring system establishment is preferred.
• Coaching experience, with the ability to provide structured coaching and feedback to trainers or mentors.
• Course development experience is preferred but can be flexible.

2. Core Competency Requirements

• Strong capability in trainer certification and assessment, with the ability to evaluate trainers’ delivery performance and provide professional improvement suggestions.
• Familiarity with adult learning principles, training delivery techniques, classroom interaction methods, and training effectiveness evaluation approaches.
• Solid coaching skills, with the ability to facilitate others’ capability development through questioning, feedback, review, and reflection.
• Strong communication and presentation skills, influence, and cross-functional collaboration capabilities.
• Ability to independently drive training projects, with strong planning, organization, and execution skills.
• Strong problem diagnosis capability, with the ability to design training or coaching solutions based on business pain points.

3. Language and Cultural Requirements

• English can be used as a working language, with the ability to deliver training, communicate across regions, and prepare written materials.
• Strong Polish language proficiency is preferred, with the ability to support local employee training and daily communication.
• Cross-cultural communication awareness and the ability to work effectively in an international team environment.
