Job summary

SpotOn in Kraków is seeking an Associate Trainer to support the onboarding of new CX employees and help deliver the standardized onboarding curriculum. You will manage scheduling, session logistics, and trainee documentation while building foundational facilitation skills under senior trainers.

The role requires 1 year of customer success experience, fluent Polish and strong English, and familiarity with adult learning principles.

Qualifications

  • Availability for afternoon shift (14:00–22:00 PL time).
  • Hybrid work model: 3 days per week in the Kraków office / 2 days remote after probation.
  • 1 year of professional experience in customer success or related roles.
  • Fluent Polish and strong English communication skills (written and spoken).
  • Familiarity with adult learning principles and instructional methods.
  • Basic facilitation and classroom management skills.

Responsibilities

  • Onboarding & Training Execution: Assist in delivering the standardized Week 1 CX-wide Core Curriculum to new hires; Support facilitation of instructor-led training sessions; Assist with scheduling, credential setup, and onboarding logistics; Document trainee progress, milestones, and completion checklists; Support hands-on exercises, simulations, and role-plays under trainer guidance.
  • Ongoing Training & Development: Deliver refresher or ad-hoc training under request from Enablement Partners; Assist in maintaining and updating training materials for operational needs.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with SMEs, floor managers, and Enablement Partners to ensure training aligns with operational requirements; Communicate training objectives and expectations clearly to trainees and stakeholders.
  • Continuous Improvement & Feedback: Collect trainee feedback and identify gaps in learning materials; Support updates to content based on QA findings, SME insights, and operational changes; Deliver high-quality, accurate work and outcomes by adhering to SOPs, SLAs, and checklists; Review and verify outcomes to maintain consistency and quality; Identify and address process gaps or errors to drive improvement.

POSITION OBJECTIVE

The Associate Trainer supports the delivery of the standardized Onboarding Core Curriculum for new employees across the CX organization. This role assists with scheduling, session logistics, and trainee documentation, while building foundational facilitation skills under the guidance of more experienced trainers.

RESPONSIBILITIES
Onboarding & Training Execution
  • Assist in delivering the standardized Week 1 CX-wide Core Curriculum to new hires.
  • Support facilitation of instructor‑led training (ILT) sessions as deployed by Enablement Partners during Weeks 2–4.
  • Assist with scheduling, credential setup, and coordination of onboarding logistics.
  • Document trainee progress, milestones, and completion checklists.
  • Support hands‑on exercises, simulations, and role‑plays under trainer guidance.
Ongoing Training & Development
  • Deliver refresher or ad‑hoc training under request from Enablement Partners.
  • Assist in maintaining and updating training materials for operational needs.
Cross‑Functional Collaboration
