Job summary

Arla Foods is seeking a Trainee for its European Transport Control Centre (ETCC) in Gdańsk as part of Global Shared Services. You will support daily transport planning, scheduling, and load coordination across sites, with SAP TM and strong Excel skills.

The role offers hybrid work and a path to develop in a transport planner position. You will learn in a collaborative, international environment with a focus on performance, reporting, and cost/efficiency improvements.

Qualifications

• Fluent English required.
• Proficiency with MS Excel and Microsoft Office.
• Willingness to start a career in transport planning and logistics.

Responsibilities

• Help to produce loading and delivery schedules.
• Support in planning and execution of vehicle loads.
• Work with SAP TM for transport planning.
• Assist in the compilation of weekly/monthly reporting packs.
• Verify and process invoices.
• Track and report carrier performance daily.
• Adhere to Arla Foods’ Health & Safety standards.
• Support master data setup and maintenance.
