Arla Foods A.m.b.a is hiring a Junior Customer Operations Representative in our UK team, based in Poland. You’ll support daily order-to-delivery processes, handle customer claims, and collaborate with internal partners to ensure smooth operations.

The role involves investigating claims, communicating outcomes to customers, and helping identify improvements to reduce future issues. A hybrid work model is offered with in-office presence required part of the time.

How you will make an impact

As a Junior Customer Operations Representative in UK Team, you’ll support daily processes to support seamless order to delivery process. You will gain experience in order management, query and claims handling, customer service activities and collaborate with internal partners.

Specifically, you will be responsible for

• Managing and processing customer claims related to delivery issues.
• Investigating claims by gathering and analyzing relevant information from customers, logistics providers, warehouses, and internal stakeholders to determine appropriate resolutions.
• Communicating with customers regarding claim status, outcomes, and required actions, ensuring timely and professional support through various channels (phone and email).
• Monitoring claims throughout the end-to-end resolution process and ensuring accurate documentation in relevant systems.
• Identifying claim trends, recurring issues, and improvement opportunities, while supporting initiatives aimed at reducing future claims and enhancing customer satisfaction.

Please note that this role requires you to be in the office 50% of the time + one additional day (monthly).
