Job summary

Arla Foods is offering a HR Shared Services internship in Gdańsk, Poland. You will support daily HR operations, assist HR inquiries via our ticketing system, and help maintain high-quality HR data.

You will collaborate with colleagues around the world on HR questions and tasks, and participate in internal trainings and initiatives to learn HR processes. The role requires advanced English, an interest in IT systems, and a willingness to learn HR processes.

Responsibilities

• Support our team by executing daily HR operations.
• Provide support with HR-related inquiries through the ticketing system.
• Perform data checks and corrections to ensure high quality of HR data.
• Work with colleagues globally to help Arla people with HR-related questions, tasks and systems.
• Take part in internal training, workshops and initiatives to learn HR processes and tasks.
• Be responsible for individually-adjusted tasks within the administrative area.
