Job summary

Arla Global Shared Services in Gdańsk offers an HR internship where you will learn HR processes, support back-office activities across recruitment, onboarding, learning and performance, and help with master data management. You will collaborate with HR teams worldwide to deliver HR operations and assist with inquiries via a ticketing system.

Take the first step towards a successful HR career with an internship at Arla's HR Shared Service Center.

As an Intern, you will become a crucial member of HR Shared Service Center in Arla – a unique place where you can learn a wide variety of HR processes, including back-office support for processes like recruitment, onboarding, learning, performance, master data management, mobility and more. We support our Arla colleagues with HR-related questions and work closely with HR teams around the world to deliver HR operations.

How you will make an impact

• Support our team by executing daily HR operations
• Provide support with HR-related inquiries through the ticketing system
• Perform data checks and corrections to ensure high quality of HR data
• Work with colleagues globally to help Arla people with HR-related questions, tasks and systems
• Take part in internal training, workshops, initiatives where you can learn about HR processes and tasks
• Be responsible forindividually- adjusted task within administrative area
