Job summary

Arla Foods in Poland is seeking a Source to Pay Procurement Operations professional to support daily purchasing using SAP, Ariba and Coupa. You will help maintain pricing data, resolve discrepancies, and guide colleagues in following the Purchasing Policy.

You will collaborate with stakeholders and suppliers, contribute to KPIs, and participate in process improvements. The role offers hybrid work, international exposure, and opportunities to develop systems knowledge from day one.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field.
• Fluency in English.
• Strong communication skills.
• Positive attitude and engagement.
• Openness to change and improvements.
• Strong accuracy and attention to detail.
• Good knowledge of MS Office.
• German language skills are a bonus.

Responsibilities

• Support ordering process and respond to queries via Service Hub.
• Provide high service levels to stakeholders and collaborate effectively.
• Resolve price discrepancies in SAP and Ariba systems.
• Update Procurement Masterdata to support quality.
• Support improvements within the team.
• Ensure delivery of operational KPIs in your area.

You will support daily purchasing operations across SAP and Coupa systems, help maintain accurate pricing data, resolve price discrepancies, and support colleagues in following Arla’s Purchasing Policy. Working closely with stakeholders and suppliers, you will help ensure our purchasing processes run smoothly and efficiently. • Ensure delivery of operational KPIs within own area

Please note that this role requires you to be in the office 50% of the time + one additional day (monthly).
