Job summary

Arla Group is seeking a Trainee for the Source to Pay (S2P) department in Poland. The role focuses on accounts payable processes, invoice verification, and data validation to ensure timely payments and accuracy.

You will work 50% in the office with an additional monthly day on-site. The position emphasizes collaboration, process improvement, and stakeholder communication in a dynamic global shared services environment.

Our Source to pay (S2P) department keeps that system running smoothly by managing cash flow and paying vendors. We are searching for aTraineejoin ouraccounts payableteam to be part of the process, track, and record payments in an accurate, efficient, and timely manner.The accounts payable specialist will have both a day-to-day impact on financial transactions, keeping us on track, on time, and on good terms with our valuedpartners.

How you will make an impact

• Verify invoices in Smart Scan to ensure accuracy and compliance with company standards.
• Process PO and non-PO invoices, as well as credit notes, in SAP in a timely and efficient manner.
• Maintain effective communication with internal and external stakeholders to support smooth financial operations.
• Prepare and validate data required for Intrastat reporting.
• Resolve ad-hoc requests and manage escalations with a proactive and solution-oriented approach.
• Contribute to process improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing efficiency and service quality.
• Support your direct supervisor with additional tasks and projects as required.

• Fluency in written and spoken English.
