Job summary

Arla Group in Poland is seeking a Source to Pay specialist to support Travel & Expenses by processing invoices in SAP and ensuring high-quality financial data. You will handle vendor queries, contribute to controls, and drive improvements in a dynamic, international environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or a similar area.
• Fluency in English and German at B2 level or higher is an asset.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good communication skills and openness to change.
• Experience with SAP and travel & expense platforms is beneficial.
• Ability to work in an international, deadline-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Process invoices and credit notes in SAP.
• Verify accounting documents and ensure data quality.
• Support suppliers and business stakeholders with queries.
• Process payment reminders and reconciliations.
• Perform internal control activities and compliance checks.
• Support process improvements within the team.
• Deliver operational KPIs within own area.

Join our Source to Pay Department and play a vital role in our company. You will support daily Travel & Expenses operations by processing invoices, handling vendor and stakeholder queries, and ensuring high-quality financial data in SAP. Working closely with colleagues across the business and external suppliers, you will help ensure timely and accurate invoice processing while maintaining compliance with internal controls and country-specific requirements. How you will make an impact

• Processing invoices and credit notes in SAP
• Verifying accounting documents and ensuring data quality
• Supporting suppliers and business stakeholders with queries
• Processing payment reminders and reconciliations

• Processing and verifying employee expense claims in SAP Concur in line with company policies, country-specific guidelines, and standard procedures, while providing first-line support to employees via email and chat for Travel & Expense and SAP Concur-related queries.
