Job summary

Arla Global Shared Services in Gdańsk is seeking a motivated beginner to join the master data management team. You will develop in SAP and Master Data, creating and maintaining partner, vendor and customer data, and supporting reports and daily business activities in an international environment.

The role involves a 50% in-office requirement plus one additional day monthly, with a hybrid working model and access to ongoing expert-led trainings and development opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain partners master data in SAP.
• Create and maintain vendors and customer master data, hierarchies and other master data objects.
• Participate in the creation of process automation tools as part of Masterdata.
• Support business with ad hoc reports and analysis (e.g., system alignment reports).
• Participate in global processes by supporting daily activities.
• Run internal controls procedures and report their accuracy; ensure data quality to meet SLAs.

Specifically, you will

• Create and maintain partnersmaster data in SAP
• Create and maintain vendors and customer master data, hierarchies and other relevant master data objects
• Take part in the creation of process automation tools as part of Masterdata
• Actively support business within other areas by running ad hoc reports and analysis (e.g. systems alignment reports, customer services data)
• Participate in other global processes by supporting daily business activities
• Your job will also involve running regular Internal Controls procedures, analyse and report their accuracy, as well as analysing business requests and updating data accordingly to global standards to secure operational readiness on local sites and continuity of processes. On top of that you will actively participate in securing high-quality level of performed processes KPIs to meet and exceed agreed SLAs.
