Job summary

Arla Foods is seeking a proactive Procurement Operations professional to support daily purchasing tasks across SAP and Coupa, maintain pricing data, and resolve discrepancies. You will collaborate with stakeholders and suppliers to ensure compliant purchasing under Arla's policy while contributing to KPI delivery.

The role requires a finance/Accounting background, strong English communication, and a keen eye for detail; German language skills are a plus in our international setup.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a similar area.
• Fluency in English.
• German language skills would be considered a strong advantage.

You will support daily purchasing operations across SAP and Coupa systems, help maintain accurate pricing data, resolve price discrepancies, and support colleagues in following Arla's Purchasing Policy. Working closely with stakeholders and suppliers, you will help ensure our purchasing processes run smoothly and efficiently. Please note that this role requires you to be in the office 50% of the time + one additional day (monthly).
