Job summary

HeadHR is seeking a skilled professional to join our Wealth Investment Operations team in Warsaw. You will manage end-to-end settlement and lifecycle processes across equities, derivatives, fixed income, FX, and other instruments, ensuring accuracy and compliance.

Qualifications

• 5-8 years of relevant experience in capital markets or securities operations.
• In-depth knowledge of capital market products and their operational lifecycles.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with ability to coordinate across teams.

Responsibilities

• Process and manage capital markets transactions to ensure timely, accurate, and compliant execution and settlement.
• Coordinate with trading desks, branch offices, and operations teams to resolve trade exceptions and support smooth processing.
• Act as main contact for securities and derivatives settlement, investigation, and exception management activities.
• Support a broad range of instruments including equities, fixed income, structured products, options, and physical securities.
• Identify and address operational issues impacting settlement, client experience, or risk exposure.
• Drive operational excellence through process improvements and control enhancements.
• Participate in system implementations, change initiatives, and testing to support growth and scalability.
• Provide guidance and training as a subject matter expert for Wealth Investment Operations.

• Partner with trading desks, branch offices, and operational teams to resolve trade exceptions and support seamless transaction processing
• Act as a key point of contact for securities and derivatives settlement, investigation, and exception management activities
• Support a broad range of financial instruments, including equities, fixed income products, structured products, options, and physical securities
• Proactively identify and resolve operational issues that may impact settlement, client experience, or risk exposure
• Drive operational excellence through continuous process improvement and control enhancement
• Participate in system implementations, process change initiatives, and testing activities to support business growth and scalability
• Serve as a subject matter expert for Wealth Investment Operations, providing guidance, training, and support on complex operational matters

• 5-8 years of relevant experience
• Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication skills
• In-depth knowledge of various capital market products (Equities, Derivatives, Fixed Income, FX, etc.) and their operational lifecycles
• Strong understanding of trade lifecycle processes, including trade capture, confirmation, settlement, and reconciliation
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders
