Job summary

Harvey Nash Poland in Warsaw is seeking a mid-level professional to perform trade validation, monitor activity across multiple financial instruments, and support the full trade lifecycle.

You will investigate discrepancies, liaise with Trading, Operations, Brokers, and Custodians, and help drive process improvements while ensuring regulatory and control requirements are met.

Candidates should have 2+ years in capital markets operations, strong analytical skills, and proficiency with MS Office.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in Transaction Control, Trade Support, Middle Office, Settlements, Trade Processing, or a similar Capital Markets Operations role.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Basic understanding of financial instruments and transaction lifecycle processes.
• Interest in Capital Markets and financial products.
• Good knowledge of MS Office, particularly Excel and Outlook.
• Ability to learn quickly, work with large volumes of data, and resolve complex issues.
• Degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Perform trade validation, monitoring, and control activities across multiple financial instruments.
• Investigate and resolve trade discrepancies, breaks, and operational exceptions.
• Support trade capture, reconciliation, settlement, and transaction lifecycle processes.
• Analyze transaction data and identify risks, process gaps, and improvement opportunities.
• Collaborate with Trading, Operations, Brokers, Custodians, and other stakeholders.
• Support new product launches, process enhancements, and control initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory, audit, and operational control requirements.
